Welcome to Vaibhav Beej Mantra (VBM). These Terms Of Service govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
1. App Usage and Eligibility
- Personal Use: The App is intended for personal, non-commercial, and spiritual purposes only.
- Prohibited Activities: Users must not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's technical infrastructure.

To access certain features (like Spiritual Classes or Premium Recordings), you may need to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- VBM is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines.
3. Digital Currency (Mudra Coins)
The App uses a virtual digital currency called "Mudra Coins".
- Nature: Coins are virtual tokens for in-app use only and have no real-world monetary value.
- Non-Transferable: Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other user accounts.
- Refunds: All purchases of Mudra Coins are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Premium services are available through subscription plans.
- Subscriptions are valid for a specific period; access to premium content will expire automatically unless renewed.
- VBM reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time.
5. Account Deletion and Data Loss
If a user chooses to permanently delete their account:
- All remaining Mudra Coins and active Subscriptions will be forfeited immediately.
- All progress, transaction history, and spiritual data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
- No refunds or compensations will be provided for data or digital assets lost due to account deletion.
6. Advertisements and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
• Advertisements: The App may display advertisements via Google AdMob or other third-party advertisement services. Vaibhav Beej Mantra (VBM) has no control over the content, claims, offers, website links, products, services, or information displayed in these advertisements. The use of any third-party website, application, product, or service is strictly at the user's own discretion and risk.
• Devi AI: Devi is an AI-powered spiritual assistant driven by Google Gemini AI technology. The responses provided by Devi are solely for the purpose of general information, spiritual guidance, and suggestions. Information generated by AI may contain errors, inaccuracies, or variations. Do not rely exclusively on AI responses for any critical, legal, financial, health, or personal decisions.
• Data Sharing: Users are not obligated to share any personal, confidential, or sensitive information with Devi AI. If a user voluntarily shares such information, they will be solely responsible for it.
• Third-Party Services: The use of Google AdMob, Google Gemini AI, and other third-party services is subject to their own respective terms and policies. VBM shall not be held liable or responsible for the content, information, links, or services provided by these third-party platforms.
7. Devi: AI Spiritual Assistant
Devi is an AI-powered Spiritual Assistant within the Vaibhav Beej Mantra app. It is designed to provide guidance and information on Mantra Jaap, Naam Jaap, Aarti, Katha, Meditation, Astrology, and other spiritual topics.
- Responses provided by Devi are generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and may contain errors or incomplete information. Devi's answers are strictly for general information, spiritual guidance, and suggestion purposes only.
- Use your own discretion and seek advice from a qualified expert, if necessary, before making any religious, personal, health, legal, financial, or critical life decisions.
- Devi's responses should not be considered as ultimate truth, prophecy, or professional advice.
- AI-generated responses may contain errors. Please verify the information before making any critical decisions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The spiritual information and mantras provided are for educational and guidance purposes only.
- The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- We do not guarantee that the App will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted.
- VBM is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaibhav Beej Mantra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy
VBM allows users to upload and share text posts, images, videos, comments, reactions, and other community content. By posting content on the App, users agree to follow all community standards and applicable laws.
- Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or share.
- Users must not upload harmful, abusive, hateful, misleading, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
- Religious hatred, harassment, threats, spam, and impersonation are strictly prohibited.

VBM follows a copyright-respect and takedown policy. Repeated copyright violations may result in permanent account suspension.

- Reported content may be reviewed and removed by administrators.
- VBM reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts involved in abuse or repeated violations.
